GLAMGLOW® was founded by Glenn & Shannon Dellimore in 2010 exclusively for backstage and professional use in Hollywood's Entertainment, Music, Fashion & Award industries. In 2011, GLAMGLOW® was made available for retail and has took the world by storm in the months that followed.
A customer angrily mentioned, "Thank god I only got this as a sample. I went to Sephora today and chose the GlamGlow as my gift, as I have been struggling with cystic acne on my chin for the past couple weeks, finals stress and thought a prestigious brand like GlamGlow would be a nice push in the right direction.
I regret not patch testing. I had it on for about 15 minutes and as soon as I removed it, my entire face was red and burning! I’m now spending the rest of my birthday recovering from this nasty reaction. My nose is so red, I look like Rudolph.
Be careful with this, and DEFINITELY patch test if you plan on trying it. And if you have sensitive skin and a birthday coming up, choose the Bite Beauty gift. You’ll thank me later."

Half of my item I never received and was charged for full items. The reviews are absolutely fake! Waste of money spending for something calls glamglow! Bad customer service never replies back. Once they have their money the don’t care about the rest!"

I believed that Estée Lauder got a good reputation, but don’t really care about their costumers. Will never ever buy any products under this company again."
B says"So so so bad !!! The clay mask instructions say 5-20 minutes on a clean face. I followed the instructions and cleaned it off after 15 minutes only to be left with red marks all around my face where the mask had been. 30 minutes later and it has still not gone away. I do not in any way have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction before. Terrible terrible product will never use again Don’t know how long it’s going to take for my face to go down"

No response from customer service for 4 weeks Managed to speak to Ria on Facebook and she sorted everything out within a couple of days.
